Jeep? Truck?

I was in the busy streets of Cogon one day when I saw this big ARMY Truck.... or jeep. I honestly don't know what they call it, but it's bigger than a normal jeep (not jeepney ok), and smaller than a normal six-wheeler.

If you look closely, you can see that the hood of the Jeep/Truck is almost in level with the head of the FishBall vendor, and that is a normal sized person by the way.

If anyone knows what kind if vehicle it is, I'd be glad to hear from you.
